Suggested Use:As a filling and nutritious snack, or in connection with training for improved recovery. Mix one scoop (about 30 g) of powder with about 90 ml of water in a shaker. Let it sit in the fridge until it reaches the desired consistency. For easier preparation, mix the pudding using a whisk or directly in a bowl.
